Incoterms
Clear terms, agreed in writing.
We quote against the trade term that suits your operation, and we state precisely what it covers before you commit.
FOB — Free On Board
We deliver the goods loaded on board at the port of loading; you arrange the main carriage and insurance. Common when you have your own freight contracts.
CFR / CIF — Cost & Freight
We arrange and pay for carriage to your named destination port (CIF adds marine insurance). Convenient when you prefer a single, landed-cost quote to the port.

Containers & loads
Frozen product moves under controlled, recorded temperature; specs are configured to your destination market.
- 40ft reefer for frozen poultry — approx. 24–27 tonnes per container
- Temperature set and recorded for the full cold chain
- Dry containers and specialist handling for botanical consignments
- Glaze %, packaging and carton/private-label branding configured to your market
- Full container loads (FCL); mixed loads considered where practical
Documentation & destination support
The paperwork is prepared to clear customs in your market, not just to leave the port of loading.
- Destination establishment / plant eligibility confirmed before quoting
- Shipping documents matched to your customs authority's requirements
- Health, origin, halal/SIF or phytosanitary certificates issued per consignment
- Pre-shipment third-party inspection (e.g. SGS) arranged on request
